One of Birmingham’s most exciting restaurants, 670 Grams are to team up with Birminghams Sake Events Company to offer Birmingham’s first fine dining evening paired with authentic Japanese Sake!
Fan favourite 670 Grams are to team up with newly formed Sake Events Company headed by Birmingham Sake Experts Samuel Boulton & Dina Gestoso-Mattar.
The evening will consist of a one-off bespoke 10 course menu created by renowned Chef-owner Kray Treadwell.
Paired with traditional Japanese Sake by team of The Sake Events Company (formally of Shibuya Underground Sake Bar) The event is to be held on 14th May 2023 with both a Lunch and Dinner sitting. The meal will consist of 10 courses paired with 10 Japanese Sakes, as well as a welcome and leaving drink!
An exciting dish from the evening includes a Cured Mackerel, Pickled Cucumber and Wasabi, paired with a slightly sweet, Junmai-Bodaimoto unpasturaised sake from the Okayama prefecture of Japan.
