D.J. Quinn’s, Hall Green, will be launching a BBQ smokehouse restaurant on Friday 4th September with complimentary small plates and tasters available to guests throughout the event.
The100 seat venue will be serving an American inspired menu seven days a week from 12PM – 9PM consisting of sharers, pub classics, burgers and smoked meats. The restaurant will feature a variety of dishes from their natural oil drum smoker, among these are: Memphis-style half rack of ribs; smoked for 4 hours over a maple and applewood chip blend drenched with a sweet and tangy homemade BBQ sauce; and the chef’s special; Kansas city style beef brisket.

We are really excited to be opening the smokehouse this September and are looking forward to welcoming everyone. Opening something new given the current circumstances was always going to be difficult but we have had plenty of good feedback from our soft launch and can’t wait to open officially on Friday 4th September.
