Managing Director Samuel Boulton said
I’ve loved and eaten Ba-Ha’s food since their first kitchen Pop-Up years ago. When the opportunity came to have them join us at The Pineapple Club, we had to take it. It’s only for a short period, but I’m excited to see what menu they pull together, and for sure, I’ll be eating there week 1!.
Frankie Heekin of BA-HA says
Since meeting Sam in the Jewellery Quarter in 2018, we knew he was serious about his craft and years later we couldn’t be happier to join forces for the perfect marriage of food and drink. He’s also continued to supported us over the years. We are so excited to create new menus for this exciting pop up. We want guests to experience the different sides to BA-HA, from street food to tasting menus we will introduce various styles to play at Pineapple Club. Food shouldn’t be so serious, who says you shouldn’t play with food?.
BA-HA will start with a seafood inspired menu from the 12th July and take you on a journey to exploring BA-HA. Expect plant based variations of Scallops to caviar, and yes… of course they will have their Famous Bish and Chips! We look forward to the exciting weeks ahead collaborating with one of the finest cocktail bars in Birmingham and afar!
Ba-Ha is set to start trading on Mondays from the 12th July at 5pm Tables is bookings only https://www.pineapplebrum.co.uk/
