Local entrepreneur, Lucy Cole has opened a new grief coaching clinic on Anchorage Road in Sutton Coldfield.
Lucy, who lives in Streetly in Sutton Coldfield, is a fully qualified Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) & Hypnosis Practitioner, Time Line Therapist, Personal Evolutionary & Health Coach and has recently launched Love Life Coaching & Events Ltd & Love Life Again which specialises in grief recovery.
Lucy held an exclusive invite only official opening on Friday 15th October which was attended by Cllr Terry Wood, Mayor of the Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield and also joined by Ian Hazel at Ian Hazel Funeral Directors. Love Life Coaching & Events Ltd & Love Life Again will be able to support people from the Midlands dealing with grief from either a loss, or a relationship breakdown or divorce, or any other form of grief & those wanting help with personal development, and health and addiction.
Lucy has used her own experience to develop her own career after she went through some life changing traumas herself in a very short time frame.
Lucy commented: “I am extremely proud to be opening up my clinic to help people of all ages in the Midlands. This has been an incredible journey for me following the death of two parents within 4 weeks of each, my marriage breaking down and losing the business I ran with my ex-husband, due to us separating, which led me to have bouts of anxiety and depression, as well as weight loss.
“After everything that I experienced I wanted to help others who found themselves in similar situations to myself. Grief in any form can be very scary and a lonely place to be. Part of my recovery was focusing my passion to help others, and this has been the driving force behind me becoming a fully qualified coach and specialising in grief recovery as I can share my experiences, knowledge and hopefully inspire people to come through these difficult and traumatic times.”
Councillor Terry Woods, Town Mayor, commented: “It is great to have this new facility in our town and someone as experienced as Lucy to help our community. With so many people struggling in different ways due to Covid-19 it is great that we have Lucy on hand. We wish Lucy all the best and I am sure she will become a valued member of the community.”
