The Vamps Frontman Bradley Simpson Named as Charity Ambassador

Acclaimed singer, songwriter and The Vamps front man, Bradley Simpson, has been named as Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity’s newest ambassador.

As a proud Brummie, Bradley has been a friend of the charity’s for a number of years, often spending his precious time, when he’s not touring the world, with the hospital’s brave patients, families and colleagues – putting smiles on all their faces and encouraging them to enjoy a singalong.

Bradley has previously generously donated a baby grand piano to the hospital’s patients for them to enjoy and performed a mini concert with his world-famous bandmates in one of the hospital’s courtyards.

By taking on an official ambassador role, Bradley will champion and shine a light on the work of Birmingham Children’s Hospital and its charity, helping to make a real difference to the 100,000 sick kids treated at the hospital every year.

Bradley said: “The patients are always so courageous, joyful and fearless. Every time I come in, I leave inspired. I’m very honoured and proud to become the charity’s newest ambassador.”

Mark Brider, CEO of Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity, said: “Bradley has been a fantastic friend to our charity for a long time but we’re over the moon to have him on board officially now.

“Bradley has brought so much joy to our patients, families and colleagues with his visits and we look forward to working on some exciting plans together in the future.”
