HOTEL PROMISES THE GRANDEST OF MOTHER’S DAY CELEBRATIONS AT ISAAC’S

The luxurious Grand Hotel Birmingham, on Church Street, has launched a new Sunday Roast at its restaurant, Isaac’s, just in time for Mother’s Day on 30th March, and every other Sunday.

Dating back to 1879, the splendid Grade II listed hotel is home to Isaac’s restaurant, which is tucked just around the corner.

Those searching for a special and elegant venue to celebrate and thank the mother figure in their life will be guaranteed to have a memorable experience at Isaac’s, which will offer the traditional Sunday roast with all the trimmings.

Following Mother’s Day, Isaac’s will be introducing a completely new menu from Tuesday 1st April, offering British brasserie-style cuisine with a French twist and dishes that will change seasonally.

A key focus of the new menu will be a commitment to using locally sourced, seasonal produce, allowing the chefs to create dishes that highlight the best ingredients each season has to offer. This approach not only enhances the quality and freshness of the food but also supports local farmers and suppliers, reinforcing Isaac’s commitment to the community. Diners can look forward to ever-evolving dishes that celebrate the rich flavours of the region whilst showcasing the culinary creativity of the team.

This new concept is something of a departure for Isaac’s, which has previously been styled on a New York eatery with a menu to match.

Mums dining at Isaac’s on Mother’s Day will be treated to a glass of Telmont champagne on arrival, and there will be live music throughout the day.

Johan Scheepers, General Manager of The Grand, said: “We are excited to unveil our high-quality Sunday roast at Isaac’s for Mother’s Day. We will be adding all the special touches to make sure the experience is just perfect for those wanting to treat the mother figure in their life.

“This Spring, the restaurant will take on a new personality that will embrace a more European feel, with classic British dishes blended with French influence. Our team has worked hard to create showstopping dishes that we are extremely proud of, with an added focus on fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients that truly elevate the dining experience.”

The Mother’s Day roast is available on Sunday 30th March from 1pm – 3pm and 3.30pm – 5.30pm. To book your table (maximum of 8 people per booking) please click here.
