August Bank Holiday The Ultimate Place to Visit in Birmingham

To kickstart the bank holiday, Tattu Birmingham is launching their Tattu Brunch, held every Saturday with free-flowing cocktails for 90 minutes from 12-4pm.

For £62.50 per person, guests can savour small plates like Short-rib Spring Rolls and Seven Spiced Seared Tuna, followed by larger dishes such as Wok-fired Angry Bird Chicken and Balsamic Teriyaki Salmon. For those seeking extra decadence, there’s the option to indulge in Tattu favourites like Aromatic Duck Pancakes and Caramel Soy Beef.

A choice from four cocktails, including the Flight of the Phoenix, Cherry Highball, and Butterfly Pea Spritz will be available throughout the duration and for an additional £15 per person, guests can upgrade to Tattu’s signature cocktails such as the Crouching Tiger and Skull Candy.

A vegetarian brunch menu will be available featuring dishes such as Wild mushroom Spring Rolls and Kung Po Tofu, all accompanied by the free-flowing cocktails.
