Globe artichoke tartare, black olive, baby turnip, heritage tomato gazpacho

Line caught Hake, Jersey Royal, mussel, parsley velouté

‘Zing Tang’ Lemon mousse, citrus crèmeux, sponge, juniper and lime sorbet.

The launch of the Spring Tasting Menu follows the skyline restaurant being recently listed in the Hardens Guide.

Described as ‘the most trusted restaurant guide in the UK’, Harden’s is the longest established pocket guide to restaurants. The opinions expressed in the guides are based on what is now the largest annual survey of restaurant-goers in the UK.

Peter Harden, Harden’s co-founder, said,  “Birmingham is host to some top players when it comes to kitchen talent. Chefs here aren’t afraid of trying something different, providing diners with refreshing originality whilst retaining high levels of quality in both food and service.

“It’s a city with an exciting and vibrant dining scene that has been quick to get back on its feet post-Covid, reflecting Brummies’ love for eating out and passionate support of local businesses. Each year we’re excited to see what the city’s restaurants are bringing to the table.”

Chris Emery, said, “To be recognised by Harden’s as one of Birmingham’s best restaurants less than 6 months after launching is a real thrill. The reception so far has been exceptionally positive and I’m excited to develop our offer further with the launch of our Spring Tasting Menu. The dishes will evolve over the course of the next few months, not only ensuring the menu showcases the height of seasonality, but also keeping it fresh for our regulars.”

The Spring Tasting Menu costs £95. The wine flight to accompany costs £85.
