Bham Women in Hospitality Fundraiser Dinner takes place on Sunday 29th October, an alliance of women from Birmingham’s diverse hospitality scene are taking over Simpsons restaurant for a one-off fundraising dinner in support of The Burnt Chef Project and the Anawim Women’s Centre.
Guests are invited to enjoy a 6-course dinner curated, cooked, and served by some of the city’s leading hospitality talent. Tickets are £85pp and include the 6-course menu, aperitif and wine pairing, with all profits going to the chosen charities. Bookings are now live and can be made HERE.
Spearheaded by Angelina Adamo of Tutto Apposto, the event brings together a diverse team of Birmingham hospitality talent, including:

The collaborative tasting menu will feature:
- Duck – Apricot – Squash
- Focaccia – Tapenade Roll – Olive Oil
- Mussels – Tomato – Olives – Flatbread
- Guinea Fowl – Courgette – Carrot – Kaffir Lime
- Damson – Brummy Honey – Vanilla
- Artichoke – Coffee – Chocolate – Mascarpone
Tickets are £85 and include an aperitif, 6-course dinner and wine pairing. The whole team are donating their time, with produce kindly supplied by their respective restaurants and suppliers wherever possible, meaning every single penny of profit can go toward supporting the important work of The Burnt Chef Project and Birmingham’s Anawim Women’s Centre.
