Orelle restaurant, located on the 24th floor of 103 Colmore Row, invites diners to celebrate Valentine’s Day above Birmingham’s skyline with their exclusive seven course menu and live music entertainment.
Guests will be able to indulge in seven courses, curated by Executive Chef Chris Emery, that celebrate local producers and produce, complemented by live music entertainment throughout for a romantic evening above the city’s lights.
The £120 menu will showcase dishes such as:
Homard -Glazed lobster, charcoal, seaweed, melon
Betterave (v) – Barbecued heritage beetroot, seirass, apple dashi, almond gazpacho
Bar – Cornish sea bass, beluga lentil, octopus, roasted chicken consommé
Chevreuil – Lake District venison loin, celeriac, pommé anna, maitake, spiced jus
Côte de Boeuf for two – 50-day aged 800g Côte de Boeuf, truffle mac & cheese, glazed carrot, bone marrow jus
Framboise – White chocolate mousse, raspberry & hibiscus compote, meringue, raspberry sorbet
The live music schedule will see guests serenaded by Ben & Chloe (Piano & Vocals) 5.30pm – 7pm, Georgia & Prok (Guitar & Vocals) 7.30pm – 9.30pm and Jess & Luke (Piano, Vocal & Guitar) 9.30pm – 11.30pm.
