As always, their BurgerLab has nailed it with this one, and you’re in for a TREAT. Let’s talk layers: At the heart of this meatless marvel is Miami Foods’ brand-new, juicy and tender, plant-based Southern-fried chkn. It’s glazed in a sweet-and-spicy togarashi maple sauce, drizzled with tangy, gochujang BBQ and paired with a refreshing, crunchy Asian slaw. And because Fat Hippo doesn’t do anything by halves, it’s finished off with a slathering of rich, creamy katsu mayo and sandwiched in a toasted buttered milk loaf bun.
