How to Enjoy the Coconut Tree’s Popular Iftar Menu this Ramadan

Sri Lankan restaurant group, The Coconut Tree (TCT) [https://www.thecoconut-tree.com/], is bringing back its popular Iftar menu to allow diners partaking in Ramadan to break their fasts in its eight restaurants across the UK; Birmingham, Cheltenham, Bristol (two locations), Reading, Oxford, Bournemouth and Bath. The offer will be available throughout Ramadan. from Sunday 10th March to Tuesday 9 April.

Introduced in 2023 at the TCT Birmingham site, the Iftar menu, now available across all eight sites, will come in at £15 per person and includes:

A hopper

A curry

A sambol or condiment

Rotti or rice

A soft drink from the menu

Milk and dates

TCT Founder, Rashintha Rodrigo (known as Rodrigo), comments; “We’re once again pleased to welcome Muslim diners in from across the UK to break their fasts with their friends and family. We were so happy to see how well-received the Iftar menu was last year in Birmingham and hope that the alternations and additions make the offer even more enjoyable for the Muslim members of the TCT family.’

The Coconut Tree was founded by a group of family members and friends in 2016 in Cheltenham and now has eight restaurants.
