This Friday December 7th, legendary indie disco rave House of Jealous Lovers returns at the brand new Digbeth hotspot 104.
After a brief hiatus, House of Jealous Lovers have been lured back to this exciting new venue, bringing back classic DJs and records from the unforgettable days of 00’s indie raves.
House of Jealous Lovers championed alternative rave music in its prime, playing the best in electro, electroclash, post punk and nu-rave in its heyday. Since then, DJs such as Mazzy Snape, Richard Buckley, Wayne Langston and more have been bringing the nostalgia to popular Birmingham venues such as The Old Crown and the Hare and Hounds.
The venue itself has made its mark on Birmingham despite only launching one month ago. Sharing its space with Boxxed, 104 offers Digbeth nightlife a vibrant new experience. Launching with a night fuelled by the best disco and house tracks, 104 then played hosts to The Mothers Earth Experiment final gig as well as an array of eclectic indie-dance club nights.
House of Jealous Lovers’ event takes place from 10pm at 104 Floodgate Street, Digbeth. Tickets are only £5 advance are available from The Ticket Sellers or you can pay a couple of quid more on the door.
