After qualifying as a beauty therapist in 2012 with a foundation degree in salon Business Management, I knew i wanted a future within the beauty industry.
After a gap year, I continued towards my BA hons in Salon Business Management and graduated with a 2.1 in 2015. I just wanted my own business within the salon field, and I was determined to achieve this. I then started off in a beauty salon with a friend, helping her out with her business, but needed more stability so I went on to work in various 5* spa’s in and around the West-Midlands after gaining more experience and doing what i loved which was making people feel good.
I decided to take the plunge and set up my own business in 2018. As a beautician you always had a favourite treatment and mine was giving massages. I love how you could make someone feel so relaxed and feel such difference to there body, also i had always been complimented on how good my massage were so i decided to call my business JPM mobile massage providing massages in the comfort of your home.
It was to target those who haven’t got the time to make spa’s appointment but having a spa feel in your own environment. It wasn’t easy and I have had many up’s and down’s, and even nearly giving up. But last year i made a decision, to make it my priority to give it my all and build my business for me and my families future.
