A seven course multi-sensory Crazy Gin tasting experience in collaboration with GULP
Saturday 22 October – 90 minute sittings at 1pm; 3.30pm; 6pm
This experience will excite your tastebuds through a series of pairings designed to stimulate your senses with a seasoning of personal stories.
An exciting collaborative journey awaits you with Crazy Gin founders Bruce and Paramjit and Food Artist Kaye Winwood. So, book your seats at the dining table and get ready for us to Unleash Your ImaGINation!
This intimate experience will take place in GULP – a private dining room in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham.
Crazy Gin Lassi is “The World’s First Clear Lassi Gin” and was launched in 2016 by Harvey Nichols. The concept was born from a drunken Friday night conversation (all the best ideas are – if you can remember them). Reminiscing about their parents’ love of fusing British and Indian flavours in food, they were inspired to continue this flavour journey through a spirit!
The Crazy Gin distillery is based in Wolverhampton from where they have recently launched their Punjabi Chai Gin, inspired by their Grandmother’s recipe for a cup of tea. Both gins will be part of this exciting multi-sensory experience.

This experience is suitable for vegetarians, but unfortunately, we cannot cater for dietary requirements.
