Minmin Noodle Bar

If you’re looking for tasty noodles in the heart of Birmingham’s China Quarter then Min Min is a great place to start. A small and funky looking restaurant with friendly customer service, Min Min is one of the more popular cafes and restaurants in China Town.

Min Min’s love of noodles and frequent trips to Hong Kong mean that they are always finding new and exciting local cafes on every street corner that sells authentic, simple and tasty noodle soup.

This inspired the owners to open Min Min using noodles that are specially sourced and imported from Hong Kong, from a well known and popular manufacture that have over 50 years of experience producing noodles of a particularly high standard in quality and taste. Noodles are loved by everyone young and old; it is a simple dish that can be eaten everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Min Min’s food also has Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese influences which is food the owners love to eat during their travels and on this note they like to take you on these travel journeys and create a menu for you to discover and experience.
