| IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: We hope you’re looking forward to 19 July. We’re feeling optimistic about things but it’s going to be surreal for everyone. Whilst we are not going to require masks to be worn inside we are asking our customers to be considerate of others who may feel less comfortable and continue to do so when they are moving around. Bar service will resume but we will be operating a queuing system. For those not comfortable coming to the bar we will offer table service when we can, but please be patient. |
| The ever changing ‘Trader Kitchen’ menu is in full swing, available Monday to Saturday (Saturdays from 4pm) with highlights including our POSH hot sandwich ‘Duck Tales’ (confit duck wontons / plum dressing / herbs / chilli / pickles / cucumbers), BeAts by Roots (handmade beetroot & carrot patty / beetroot salsa / chive & garlic dressing / caramelised onion / root veg crisp) and Short Rib Ramen (burnt garlic oil/ noodles/ sesame / pickles / shitake mushrooms / egg).
