ORELLE LAUNCHES NEW THREE-COURSE JANUARY MENU FOR £34

Orelle, located on the 24th floor of 103 Colmore Row, with panoramic views of the city and beyond, has launched a new set menu to start 2025 in style.

Available as a two-course menu for £29, or three courses for £34, the menu showcases the best seasonal produce and can also be accompanied by a two-wine flight for £10, or a three-wine flight for £14. 

Tables can be booked between Monday to Saturday from 12:00-14:30, and Monday to Thursday 17:30-18:00. 

The new seasonal dishes include starters such as:

Soupe A L’oignon Normandie: French onion soup, gruyere 

Betterave: Heritage beets tartare, Parmesan, smoked almonds, preserved lemon 

Terrine: Ham hock terrine, piccalilli, pineapple, sourdough

Ratatoullie Niçoise: Spiced tomato fondue, basil, sourdough 

Saumon: Pan-seared salmon, butternut squash purée, Romanesco, Noilly Prat velouté 

Poulet Fricassee: Chicken fricassee, potato purée, wild mushrooms, peas, carrots

Crème brûlée: Spiced orange, macerated berries, vanilla sable 

Fondant au Chocolat: Chocolate fondant, espresso ice cream
