We’re incredibly excited to announce two special evenings for diners in June, across our fantastic venues – Adam’s & The Oyster Club.
Adam’s will be welcoming diners on June 2nd for an event in conjunction with Nyetimber, creators of world-renowned English sparkling wine – a perfect chance to toast The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
Situated in the rural heart of the South of England, Nyetimber is created using the traditional method of sparkling wine production, meticulously combining science and artistry – all in the pursuit of perfection. Tickets for this unique event will be £195 per person including your tasting menu matched to the Nyetimber range including their prestigious 1086 Cuvee and 1086 Rose. We’re also hoping to be showcasing a near 20 year old blanc de blancs from Nyetimber’s own cellar. Tea / Coffee, Water and service are also included.Head chef James is currently working on a bespoke menu to pair with the sparkling wine – keep an eye on our social media channels for further details.

Meanwhile, The Oyster Club will be hosting its first ever tasting menu evening on June 9th – a perfect opportunity to try an array of Birmingham’s best seafood at a cost of £75 per head. Head chef Rosie has created a 6 course tasting menu plus snacks – a sample menu can be found here.
